After poking around the
Hundred Push Up site yesterday, I found the
Two Hundred Situps sister site. There's no iPhone app yet, but as long as I'm on the floor doing push ups, I might as well roll over and do the sit ups. (The iPhone app gives you an initial test, then each day provides your personalized and deceptively east workout - including time between sets - to eventually acheive 100 consecutive pushups.)
