It's MLK Day and I don't have the day off. Instead, I'm working a late shift and going in from 1pm to 9pm (what was I thinking?!)
Since I'm going in late, I'm getting my 100PushUp challenge and my 200 SitUp Challenge done for the day. After that, some glute work followed by some time on the step. Then a shower, prepare lunch and dinner and head to the office.
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee.
Snack - Choco Meringue. About 8 calories.
Lunch - Brought a Salad to Work.
Dinner - Had to work late, so yes, I brought another salad to work.
Note about Spinach. I really like spinach salads. When buying in the bag, look for young, small leaves. The stuff I just bought had these huge leaves and they're tough and stringy. Bleh.
