
Off to do my push ups and sit ups.
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee.
Lunch - Spinach Salad
Snack - 100 cal pack Cocoa Almonds (Thanks, Carol! These totally rock!)
Dinner - Went to India Garden. 1/2 piece of bean crisp, 1/2 order of Lamb/Rice dish (amazing). (I originally only took 1/4 of the dish, but it was so good I took another 1/4). 3/4 piece of garlic naan. Bob's first time here and he loved it.
