Thursday at SnapIt, Fatty

Ran from my hotel and brought fruit with me. At 3 figs about 11am.

Lunch is a bowl of oatmeal and some pineapple. A drug rep brought in lunch for the office but I passed on the chicken wings, apple pie and sweet tea.

I also downloaded and app to make me go from "Couch Potato" to running a 5k in only 2 months. I'm gonna do it!

Afternoon snack? More pineapple! And a pack of nuts

Wednesday Sept 14

Breakfast - 3 figs and 2/3 pack trail mix. (I spilled some of it when opening the package. )

Snack. - 2 Fiberful bars

Lunch - the heart healthy chicken with black beans and rice.

Dinner - with Joe (coworker) Pear and spinach salad. Dessert (not shown) single scoop green tea ice cream

Breakfast - oops. Skipped it

Lunch - was taken to Olive Garden. Soup, Salad, breadroll.

Dinner from Trader Joes! Something Indian, tomato soup and naan!

Already Feeling Better

Day two and I feel less bloated.

Breakfast - oatmeal.

Lunch was a pretzel (300 cal) and a 300 call smoothie

Dinner - fried tofu and some fab sushi from Room112

Snap It is back

Horrible revelation last night. Gotta jump on the Fatty Wagon.

I know an Egg McMuffin doesnt look like the best choice but it's less than 300 cals and I didn't eat since lunch yesterday.

At the airport with hours to go before my flight. A stop at Chilis for the heart- healthy salad.

And some yogurt nut mix.
