Tuesday - A little Progress

Wasn't ravenous all day. Started the day with a bagel and some La Vache Qui Rit cheese. Salad and a slice of pizza (not 2 or 3!) at a work retreat. The cheesecake looked too good to pass up, so I had a slice of that. Around 5pm I had one of those 5-hour Energy drinks and I sailed through dinner without feeling hungry. I won't do that often, but it was a nice bonus.

Monday 231.2

I love Sunday slide or little bit and have some pizza and even some pie. On balance, I still lost a little bit of weight so I guess it wasn't all that bad.

Today I went back to my usual tricks and had fiber cereal, spinach salads, and some pad Thai for lunch. Oh, there also handfuls of homemade cookies.

234.4 - Super Fatty!

Holy Moly. I haven't stepped on a scale in a few months and with good reason. I was afraid of what I'd see. Well, i am afraid.

234.4 lbs. Two years ago I started Snap It Fatty, and after 6 great months, I let myself slide. Until today. My new life starts today.

I am more important than food.
