It looks positively nasty outside. Dark, grey, rainy, cold and 8" of snow on the ground. Bleh.
Found a couple new apps for my iPhone to help motivate me to exercise (I hope). Will review them after they're downloaded and I play with them.
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee. Flax oil. 1/2 cup yogurt, cereal and 1/4 cup blueberries (yum!)
Lunch - I blame Zak. I forgot to take a picture of my spinach salad w/cheese and cranberries. The picture below is from a previous post.
Snack - Pack of Almonds (120 calories for that little pack!)
Dinner - 1/2 bowl of the delicious garden soup shown (from the Clifton Diner) and bout 8 pieces of the Lemon-Pepper Pita chips. I wanted to eat them all, but restraint. Restraint.
