Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee. Flax Oil. 1/3 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup cereal.
Lunch - Salad. 3/4 cup of black beans.
Dinner - Made me angry. Bob made the chicken breast and rice, and I told him I was only going to eat half of it. He then went on to tell me that the meal was actually "a perfect portion". I knew it wasn't but I ate it anyway. I should have listened to instinct. It was too much.
