Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee. 1/3 cup Fiber One Cereal (dry)
Lunch - 3/4 cup pasta with Tomato and Onion sauce. (From the Jane Fonda Cooking for Healthy Living
Dinner - Yogurt & Cereal. A little bit of cold, cooked pasta (which I've always loved since I was a kid)
Snack - Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (140 cals)
