January 17 - Cold Saturday

How great would it be to be able to stay in all day by the fireplace?

I reset the One Hundred Push Up app and the Two Hundred Sit Up app on my iPhone, took the initial tests correctly, then did today's workout plan. ouchie.

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee and a Flax Oil Tab.
Lunch - 1/2 bean and cheese quesadilla
Dinner - 3 popovers. (I was craving sweet bread.)
