Oops. Starting drinking the first cup of coffee before snapping it. The new Blogger-in-Draft is screwing up the pics and I'm none too happy about that. Weight Update - 229.8! This is the first time in MONTHS I've been below 230. Amazing what watching your portions (and being accountable for everything you eat) will do.
Breakfast - Two cups of coffee & Flax Oil.
Lunch - The other 1/2 of yesterday's sandwich. 1/2 an apple. The apple isn't huge. It's just that the sandwich is small.
Dinner - The leftover sausage/peppers/onions from dinner the other night. 3/4 cup of baked sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were over baked, but I still ate them. If I get hungry later on, I might bake up a few more.
Snack - About 90 mins after dinner I was still craving those sweet potatoes, so I baked another 3/4 cup. Not burnt this time!
