Dec 26, 2008 - The Day After

Not sure how, but the scale says I'm down a couple 1.5 lbs. Whatever.

Tonight is dinner at India Garden restaurant with friends. Lord, protect me from my friends.

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee. Yogurt & cereal.

Snack at 10am - caramel rice cakes

Lunch - Salad w/cheese & 3/4 can of black beans (I do love black beans). 2 cookies.

Dinner - Indian bean flat bread, 4 pieces of fried veggies (yum!), Chicken Tikka. A giant choco-cashew drop.
