Yesterday's food fest is making me feel a bit bloated this morn. And definitely full enough where I don't feel the need for breakfast at the moment.
Someone put me over your shoulder and pat my back, please.
Breakfast - handful of Fiber One cereal as I bolted out the door.
Lunch - About 1 cup almonds + some cheeses (unphotographed) while at a workshop.
Dinner - Spinach salad and two caramel rice cakes. A bacon wrapped shrimp that Bob offered me.
Snack - movie popcorn. Bleh. It was greasy and nasty.
