Starting a new month under 200lbs is certainly encouraging. The sun is out this morning and I'm heading to Mom's to take her to church in a bit.
Breakfast - 2 egg omelet w/cheese & onion. 2 slices toast. 1 potato pancake. 4 cups of coffee. Flax Oil Gel Tab. (urp!)
Snack - 15 mini rice cakes
Dinner - cup of black beans w/cheese
Snack - 6 nummy Raincoast crisps
