Just to disprove that losing weight is my only goal in life, I've started a new blog,
My Life In Links. On that site I will be detailing the things that I'm doing, creating, consuming and experiencing while linking to as many difference resources as I can. I'm hoping that the linking will foster a curiosity in my readers and that they'll go exploring on their own.
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee. Flax Oil geltab. Yogurt & Fiber One Cereal.
Snack - 10 mini caramel rice cakes
Lunch - Spinach Salad.
Snack - 1/2 an apple.
Dinner - Sweet Potato. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich.
