Last night's Fish Fry packed on over 2.5 lbs. Yes, I ate 2 pieces of deep fried fish, coleslaw and french fries. Yes, it feels like the two pieces of fish have re-animated in my belly and are now fighting to get out. But if Good Friday is about sacrifices, then I feel like I've done my part.
Breakfast - Bean and Cheese quesadilla (hey, there were leftover beans from yesterday)
Dinner - Tofu and veggies from the Asian Grille on Clifton.
Snack - Strawberry iced cookie from Truffles.
