Wow. Looking over yesterday's food, I guess I was on a bit of a carb fest. Popovers, tortilla, pizza...
It's all good. I've done Atkins and while it made me drop weight, I never felt satisfied. I felt deprived of my beloved carbs. Snap It, Fatty is about being aware of what you're eating, not labeling foods as "bad". I can see from yesterday's foods that I didn't have my usual amount of veggies and today I feel it.
I'll fix that today.
Breakfast - Coffee. Flax Oil Gel Tab.
Lunch - Spinach Salad.
Dinner - I knew I'd be going out with Russ for dinner, so I ate lightly today. Dinner was a fabulous Salmon, Bacon and Tomato sandwich with a couple potato briolettes. Delicious.
