One thing about this change in the way that I eat - I drink a lot more water than I used to. OK, it's flavored carbonated water, but it's Zero-calorie "Fruit Refreshment". Anyway, I'm downing about 60 oz of water a day plus a couple cups of coffee in the morning.
I pee all day long. I know this is supposed to be healthy, but frankly it's getting annoying. I can't sit through a 2 hour meeting without squirming. It's 8:05am, and I've already hit the bathroom 3 times.
Breakfast - 1/2 cup of Fiber One Cereal. Coffee. Flax Oil Tab.
Lunch - Sweet Potato. Yeah. That was it. I wasn't that hungry.
Dinner - Still not hungry. Small salad.
