I wasn't looking forward to jumping on the scale this morning after last night's cookie, but the physical activity and the modest diet the rest of the day shed another pound taking me to 190.8.
That means in 10.8 lbs, I'll have reached my goal weight.
I realized yesterday, I've lost over 1/5th of my body weight.
I gotta go look for some pants today. I'm tired of looking like MC Hammer at work.
