April 18 - Ooops

I'm really writing this Sunday Morning. Yesterday was chocked full of excitement. OK, not really. I spent the better part of the day creating a "Hackintosh" - a Dell Mini 9 netbook that now runs the Mac OSX. Yeah, I'm crazy like that.

Breakfast - Coffee. Flax Oil Gel Tab

Lunch - Bean and Cheese Quesadilla

Dinner - Spinach Salad Wrap

Late Snack - Tofu Roll with Peanut Sauce.
