It's almost the middle of the month and I haven't been dedicated to lose my monthly 4lbs. In fact, I'm up 2 since the start of the month. Definitely moving in the wrong direction. I'll start reeling in the eating today. Today. TODAY.
Update: Here's the perfect reason Snap It, Fatty works: I had no recollection that all I ate today was junk. At the end of the day, I was sure I had *something* of value ..but nope. Not really.
Breakfast - Coffee. Flax Oil
Lunch - Cupcake. La Vache Qui Rit (ate about 1/2 of the wheel with a bagel. Ate the rest over the course of the day)
Snack - another cupcake
Late Snack - I forgot to eat dinner, so I had 5 strawberries.
See? Mostly junk. Argh
