May was a write-off month. I maintained weight for 4 weeks and even gained a couple of pounds. No big deal. But now it's time to buckle down and get serious again. I'm heading for somewhere between 175 and 180.
Lunch - Sweet Potato chips and the "Nick Wrap" from Gourmands. I should have had just the sweet potato chips. They were filling enough. I should have saved the wrap for dinner since I haven't been hungry for the rest of the day.
