December 2008 Weight History
I started SnapIt, Fatty two years ago, and I started the weight loss at approximately the same time. Compared to two years ago, I'm .2 lbs lighter than I was then. :)

I indulged for a second day and felt bloated. Bleh.

Lunch - Soup. Tuna on Pita w/Fries (I can't believe I ate them all)
Dinner - At The Bistro: Chicken Casseolete (1/2 portion) Mac & Cheese (1/2 portion), a meatball and some noodles.

Wednesday We Went A Little Out of Control
Breakfast - Bowl of Fiber One Cereal
Lunch - At Hoggy's: Apple, BlueCheese Salad. Side Bread
Snack - Popcorn (250 cals)
Dinner - At Stino di Napoli: Salad, Pasta w/a Vesuvius sauce (only ate 1/2. Took other 1/2 home)
Snack - A couple cookies
