I noticed something interesting yesterday. I didn't post all of my consumed/photographed food until the end of the day. While conscious of my food choices, I wasn't as dedicated as I have been compared to the days I post photos as I take them. That is certainly more of a deterrent to overeating.
Went to reunion tonight with a bunch of my old students (and one of my former teachers). Didn't eat or drink a thing.
Breakfast - Coffee. 2 leftover ham/cheese rolls from the party Bob threw last night.
Lunch - Leftover Chicken Tikka & a couple pieces of banana roll.
Dinner - Salad and some sweet potatoes (baked).
